More Fun Quicksand Mod - 1.0.8.8 - RELEASE!

 FOR EVERYBODY
Release of new version of mod MFQM 1.0.8.8!

 

A bit late post, but still here is the hugest fusion of all versions starting from 1.0.8.
Since 1.0.8 MFQM have major increment in stability and compatibility with other mods and mod packs. Added huge bunch of stuff, starting with new types of Quicksand, such as Chocolate, Slurry and Silt Sludge, new mechanics like Weight Calculating and reworked stickiness, and ending with adding MFQM's implementations for big amount of adventure mods.
At the last version were added compatibility with AbyssalCraft, WildyCraft and Advent of Ascension (70%), as well as some new mobs and few new items.Full change is log below.

    I tried looking into editing the animations (I know nothing about modding) to make it look like there's some more action and effort in walking trough the traps. I found how to customize the animations with customsteve but I'm stuck trying to add new animations and triggers. Propably no one wants to teach a noob how to mod but if you are still continuing to improve the mod, how difficult do you think it would be to add some struggles?

  3. where are the sinking sounds used in the game for the mod located in code, can't find them referenced in the source code anywhere, where did you get the sounds from?
